The Inspire FT2 Trainer flows seamlessly between standard functional training and your more traditional free bar training simply by switching a tab from the front of the carriages to the back smith bar.

The Inspire FT2 Functional Trainer has eight pulley points on this machine (2 high, 4 low, and 2 adjustable carriage pulleys).

Unlike a traditional free weight smith machine, there are no additional plates are needed to maintain full functionality on the Inspire FT2 Trainer.

Even the optional l leg curl/extension can be linked directly to the weight stacks, thus maximizing the time and space efficiency of the to inspire ft2 functional trainer.

The FT2 brings the entire gym to you. It's equipped with 2 upgradable weight stacks, 2 sliding pulleys; 2 upper pulleys, 4 lower pulleys, a selectorized smith bar, a pull-up bar, & a complete accessory kit.

THERE'S NO NEED: FOR PLATES

The unique Selectorized Smith Bar on the FT2 is directly tied into the weight stacks. There's no need to load and unload Olympic plates to change your weight, just move the pins.
